There is nothing open right now. When a role opens it will be listed here with the salary range, the stack and who you would be working alongside.
Speculative applications are welcome and get a reply. Send the work rather than the CV format: a repository, a site you built, or a problem you solved and what you would do differently now.

Small, and staying that way
A small team, so what you build ships and carries your name on it. You will not spend your first six months learning a codebase somebody else abandoned.
You will build, not manage
Nobody here relays messages between a client and a developer. The person who scopes a project builds it, which means you talk to clients directly and own the outcome.
We show our work
Every architectural decision is written down and explained. You will know why a page was built the way it was, and you can argue with it.
Realistic deadlines
Timelines are set by what the work takes. Estimates are made by the person doing the work, not by someone selling it.
