What it does
Workspace consolidation
Connect Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive, then map each account into a workspace: work, personal, client. They stay separate, so a client file cannot land in a personal folder by accident.
Compression in transit
Files are compressed on the way up, so the same quota holds more. It happens in memory during the upload rather than as a step you have to remember to run.
Zero-knowledge privacy
AES-256, with the keys held on your side. Cirrus moves files between providers you already trust; it is not a place for us to keep a copy of them.
One search across everything
Search once, get results from every connected provider, instead of opening three tabs and trying to remember which service the file went into.
Why we built it
Cloud storage stopped being one account a long time ago. There is the personal Google account with the family photos, the work Workspace, and a Dropbox some client set up and shared three years ago.
The result is not really a storage problem. It is a boundaries problem. Files land in the wrong account, the quota runs out on the one account nobody can upgrade, and finding anything means opening three tabs and guessing.
Cirrus connects those accounts and keeps them deliberately separate, while letting you search across all of them at once. It is a small product with a narrow purpose, and it is honest about that: if all your files already live in one account, you do not need it.
How it works
Connect your accounts
Providers are linked through standard OAuth. Cirrus never receives a password, and you can revoke access from the provider at any time without going through us.
Sort them into workspaces
Map each connected account into a workspace. Work, personal and client stay distinct, which is the whole point: most cloud mess is not a storage problem, it is a boundaries problem.
Upload and compress
Files are compressed in memory as they upload. Nothing is staged on a server of ours in between.
Find things again
Browse or search across every provider at once, and decompress anything in a click.
On the security claims
Providers connect through OAuth, so Cirrus never receives your password. Compression happens in memory during transit rather than on a server of ours. Files stay with the providers you already use, encrypted with AES-256 and keys held on your side. Disconnect Cirrus and nothing of yours is left behind.
