The Dubai pricing landscape, described honestly
Dubai website pricing runs from AED 2,000 template jobs to six-figure platforms, and the confusion is structural: the market sells very different products under the same word. A configured theme, a customised theme and a hand-built site are three different purchases, and every range in the FAQ below is really a range of scope wearing a price.
The practical defence is itemisation. A quote worth comparing states: template or custom, and which; languages, and who translates; every integration by name; who writes the content; what launch includes (analytics, Search Console, redirects if replacing a site); and what ownership means, domain, files, hosting, in whose name. Two itemised quotes can be compared in minutes. Two lump sums cannot be compared at all.
Where we sit in it
We build the hand-built end, quoted per project in AED, scoped in writing against exactly the drivers above, with ownership always yours. If your requirement is honestly a template, we will say so, that is a legitimate purchase, and paying custom prices for it is the only real mistake. The UAE page covers the practice; the questionnaire there is how a real number gets attached to your project.
