At Buzzetric, we value your privacy and data ownership. If you have registered a Reportly account and wish to permanently delete your account and all associated site reporting records, please follow the simple steps outlined below.
1. How to Request Deletion
You can submit an account deletion request at any time via email:
Send an email to: contact@buzzetric.com (or support@buzzetric.com)
- Subject Line: Reportly Account Deletion Request
- Email Body: The registered email address associated with your Reportly account.
2. What Data Will Be Permanently Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently purged from our active Supabase database and cloud storage servers:
- Your user account profile (email address, full name, and authentication credentials).
- All daily site reports, snag issue logs, inspection records, and weekly site audits.
- All uploaded site photos, 2D blueprint markups, and document attachments in your media gallery.
- Your team workspace membership records and role permissions.
3. Data Retention & SLA Timeline
- All account credentials, site reports, and media files will be permanently deleted within 14 business days of receiving your request.
- No residual data is retained after deletion processing is finalized.
4. In-App Data Control & Partial Deletion
You do not need to delete your entire account to remove specific content. You can delete individual site photos, blueprint pins, draft daily reports, or snag logs directly inside the Reportly mobile app at any time.
