This privacy policy governs the Reportly mobile application (Google Play package: com.buzzetric.reportly) developed and operated by Buzzetric.
At Buzzetric(“we”, “our”, or “us”), we take your privacy and jobsite confidentiality seriously. Reportly is an offline-first construction site logging and reporting application built for general contractors, project managers, and field inspectors. This policy explains what information we collect, why we need it, how it is processed, and how you retain full control over your data.

2. Every Kind of Data Reportly Holds & Why
Reportly is strictly focused on jobsite reporting. We do not collect extraneous personal data. Here is every category of information held:
Why we collect it: Used solely to authenticate your identity, secure your workspace, allow cross-device login, and deliver critical administrative or export notifications.
Why we collect it: Daily inspection notes, snag pins, contractor names, work logs, and safety audits. All synced records are stored in our dedicated Supabase database infrastructure hosted in secure cloud regions (US-East / EU-Central based on tenant allocation) with automated backups.
Why we collect it: Site inspection photos, defect documentation, and delivery slips attached to reports. On Pro accounts, media is encrypted and hosted in Cloudflare R2 object storage with private bucket access for your team.
Why we collect it: When you generate or stamp a site log or snag pin, Reportly queries your device hardware for your exact latitude and longitude. This coordinate is printed onto the exported PDF to prove physical jobsite attendance and inspection authenticity.
Why we share coarse location:To automate daily log creation without requiring manual weather entry, your device's approximate (coarse) coordinates are transmitted to:
• open-meteo.com — to retrieve jobsite weather conditions (temperature, wind speed, humidity, precipitation).
• bigdatacloud.net — for reverse geocoding to automatically resolve city, state, and locality names stamped on your report headers.
3. Who Data Is Shared With & No Ads Guarantee
We only share data with essential technical infrastructure providers necessary to operate the application:
- Supabase Inc.: Encrypted database hosting and authentication engine (US/EU regions).
- Cloudflare, Inc.: Cloudflare R2 object storage for inspection photos and global edge delivery.
- Google Play In-App Billing (Google LLC): Secure payment processing and subscription lifecycle management.
- Open-Meteo & BigDataCloud: Coarse location queries strictly for weather and reverse locality lookup.
4. Data Retention & 30-Day Deletion Path
Your data is retained for as long as your workspace account remains active to preserve your project audit logs and historical PDF exports.
You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated jobsite records at any time. When you initiate a deletion request, your account enters a 30-day deletion processing path, after which all database rows, account credentials, and Cloudflare R2 media files are permanently and irreversibly expunged.

5. Security Architecture in Plain Terms
We implement robust enterprise security standards across our application:
- Encrypted in Transit: All data transmitted between the Reportly mobile app and our servers is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols.
- Encrypted at Rest: All stored database records and Cloudflare R2 media files are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.
- Workspace Tenancy Isolation: Reportly utilizes strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Access is strictly limited to the specific workspace and company tenant you belong to. External accounts cannot read or access your project data.
- Operational Mode Security: Subcontractors and field workers operate in restricted modes where financial rate cards are stripped, protecting company budgets.
6. Children's Privacy
Reportly is a commercial tool designed exclusively for construction industry professionals. It is not directed to or intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area or UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
7. Policy Amendments & Effective Date
This policy is effective as of September 20, 2026. If we make material modifications to our data handling practices, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy and notify active users via in-app notification or email.
