Buzzetric ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Reportly mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
1. Information Collection & Permissions
Reportly requests the following permissions to provide site reporting features:
- Camera & Photos: To allow you to take and attach site inspection photos to your daily reports and project galleries.
- Location (GPS): To automatically stamp exact site coordinates and address locality onto generated PDF reports.
- Microphone: To enable hands-free voice-to-text dictation when typing report notes.
- Account Information: Name and email address used for authenticating team workspace access.
2. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored locally on your device and synchronized securely over encrypted SSL (HTTPS) connections to our cloud database (Supabase) for team access and backups.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or site media with third-party advertisers.
4. Data Deletion Requests
You may request full deletion of your account and associated project data at any time by contacting us at: support@buzzetric.com.
